I'm super inlove with this machine! It has changed my craft and work life for sure! The accuracy and speed is on point. Absolutely the best investment I ever bought!

I am excited to use my Siser Romeo machine. I heard about it, on Crafting with Delonda Youtube station. I have another cutting device. Based on the features and the performance I am glad I added it to my craft room.

Siser Romeo is a great product. I had trouble linking my laptop to it. But I called customer service. 5 Stars for them and staying on the phone with me to walk me through it.

This is a quality machine and I like the software and adjustable rollers

A year later, I give these cutters (I have both) a 3 star, up from a 2 star; again due to the software. It was horrible to begin with and then when they improved it, they dinged us for an ongoing subscription. It doesn't warrant this yet. The cost is more than I pay for CorelDraw! The cutters work great and I have no issue... much prefer my Romeo to my Cameo. previous review: The machines are awesome! They work great without issues, EXCEPT THE LEONARDO SOFTWARE which is terrible. The idea that we will be desperate enough to pay a subscription fee is bad. Even with the supposed improvements. I don't object to buying it for a reasonable price, but $120 a year is crazy. For the price of these machines (worth it IF the software was functional) there should be a software at least as good as Basic Silhouette Studio included.

I do like it, howwver i struggle with wide or long cuts, the guide wheels are not in sync. The sheet will go uneven right away. I'll be needing to get another cutter to do large jobs.
