This is my first cutting machine and its great. It's fast and accurate. However, the Leonardo Design Studio should improve as I experienced hard time figuring out things in it. Hoping for better experience.

The machine is absolutely amazing. Love it. the Leonardo design software is good WHEN it is working. I seem to have a new issue each time I try and make something. Hope a new update is coming soon that will fix some of the bugs and errors. Overall im happy.

Recently bought the Siser Juliet and I am so in love with the endless possibilities it brings! So quiet and so far cannot fault it!

software is a bit limited and not intuitive. more hot keys needed to make the experience quicker and easier.
