This machine (Siser Juliet) has not let me down since I purchased it. Absolutely love how much control I have with the machine, and how the cuts are perfect each and every time (excluding my user error, of course). I enjoy the new learnings of the machine as its capabilities are being continuously enhanced..and love how Siser listen to requests made. Thank you.

I love how fast it cuts and how quiet it is. Maybe the design file will be upgraded with some of the features as the silhouette. For example, rhinestone designs and knockout feature to name a few.
